Welcome to all4u.pk. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

The Marketplace Model

all4u.pk is an online platform that allows independent third-party vendors to list and sell their products.

  • Facilitator Only: We do not sell products ourselves, nor do we act as an agent for any vendor.
  • No Direct Involvement: We are not a party to the transaction between the buyer and the vendor. All contracts for sale are strictly between the buyer and the vendor.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Payments and Financial Transactions

  • Direct Payments: All payments for products are made directly to the vendor using the vendor’s chosen payment method (e.g., Bank Transfer, COD, EasyPaisa).
  • No Escrow: all4u.pk does not hold, process, or guarantee payments for orders. We are not responsible for any financial loss or payment disputes between buyers and vendors.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Vendor Responsibility: The vendor is solely responsible for the fulfillment, packaging, and shipping of the order through their own courier partners.
  • Delivery Times: Any delivery timelines provided on the site are estimates generated by vendors. all4u.pk is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or damaged goods during transit

Vendor Subscription & Fees

  • Subscription Model: Vendors pay a periodic (monthly/yearly) fee to list their products on our platform.
  • Service Access: Failure to pay subscription fees will result in the suspension or removal of the vendor’s shop and listings.
  • Non-Refundable: Subscription fees paid by vendors to all4u.pk are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Product Information and Accuracy

  • Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • all4u.pk does not pre-screen all listings and does not guarantee that the product received will exactly match the description provided by the vendor.

Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

  • All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
  • Buyers must provide a Mandatory Parcel Opening Video to claim any discrepancy.
  • Disputes regarding product quality or payment must be resolved directly with the vendor. all4u.pk may, at its discretion, assist in communication but is not legally obligated to resolve the conflict.

Prohibited Activities

Users and Vendors agree NOT to:

  • Post fraudulent, illegal, or counterfeit items.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial or automated purposes.
  • Bypass the platform’s subscription system.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all4u.pk (its owners, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the platform.
  • Products purchased from vendors.
  • Actions, omissions, or failures of any vendor or courier service.
  • Unauthorized access to your data.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user or vendor account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the marketplace community.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
