At all4u.pk, we operate as a multi-vendor marketplace where independent sellers list and ship their products directly to customers. Because payments and deliveries are handled directly by the vendors, the following rules apply to returns and refunds:
Vendor-Specific Policies
Every vendor on all4u.pk may have their own specific return and exchange policy.
- Before Purchasing: We strongly recommend that buyers check the vendor’s profile or contact the vendor directly to understand their specific return conditions.
- Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to the return terms set by that individual vendor.
Direct Communication for Returns
Since all4u.pk does not hold your payments or manage logistics, all return requests must be coordinated directly between the Buyer and the Vendor.
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact the vendor using the contact details provided in your order summary or vendor dashboard.
- The vendor is responsible for providing instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Process
Direct Refunds: All refunds are processed directly by the vendor to the buyer. all4u.pk does not collect payments from buyers and therefore cannot issue direct refunds.
Payment Methods: Refunds will be settled through the mutual agreement between the buyer and vendor (e.g., EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).
Role of all4u.pk
all4u.pk is not responsible for:
- Shipping costs for returned items.
- Processing or guaranteeing refunds.
- Quality disputes regarding the products.
However, we value the integrity of our marketplace. If a vendor consistently fails to honor their return promises or engages in fraudulent behavior, please report them to support@all4u.pk. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendors who violate our community trust standards.
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To protect both the buyer and the vendor from fraudulent claims, a Parcel Opening Video is mandatory.
- The Requirement: Customers must record a continuous, clear, and unedited video while opening the parcel for the first time.
- The Purpose: This video serves as valid proof in case the product is damaged, missing items, or is different from what was ordered.
- Strict Policy: Return or exchange claims will NOT be entertained by vendors if a clear unboxing video is not provided.
General Guidelines for Returns
To be eligible for a return (subject to vendor approval), generally:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase from the vendor.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are usually non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated by the vendor, the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
